Welding automatic machine cloos QRC-E 410 - 7 Axis

The 7-axis robot with the QRC E-410 positioner from CLOOS is a robust industrial device with a large working range, a type of structure with a folding arm. This structure with a folding arm and a long reach of all axes provides the robot with a step response and a spherical working range. Despite its slim and compact design, the mechanics has exceptional rigidity. This feature, together with the powerful drives, which force is transmitted to the axes without any clearance, guarantees the high dynamics important for continuous welding. The mature design of the QRC E-410 robot is reflected in the unnecessity of rigid aids, such as parallel balance levers, air leveling cylinders or leveling weights. The brakes built into the drive work on the principle of spacing current and in the case of a power failure they exclude the dangerous axis movement.

The freely programmable positioner Orbit-5-DP-5000N-G is equipped with a total of five axis-controlled servo controllers. The servomotor is directly controlled from the robot system. The positioner has 2 workstations. The ROTROL II® multiprocessor control system ensures fast and easy optimization of welding parametres during the process.
